Well I must be losing my mind, cause now we are farmers? LOL

I grew up in the country but not in as rural of an area as I am in now, but still the country non the less. I swore I would never be a farmer, I don't like to get my hands dirty. Dh says I am high maintance, which I guess in some ways I am, though I used to be by far worse. I don't wear makeup now like I used to, now its only for special occasions. My nails, well they are still clean but I don't go get them done once a week now :) My hair, well the best I can say is I brush it on a daily basis, LOL. I kind of miss being high maintance, but then again I don't miss the work it took. LMAO.
Well anyway, we have been seriously been thinking about getting a few farm animals, HA! I'm not really sure how I feel about it, as I have heard that animals can draw rats and mice and the idea vermin near my house, makes me cringe. :( Last week on craigslist there was some rabbits, Lionheads! They are adorable rabbits, well um I now have 7 rabbits. LOL 5 lionheads and 2 holland lops, I am loving them, though Austin has taken to feeding and watering them. Mom said that was going to be her job, but he asked if he could do it, so as long as he wants to I will let him!
So now my farm has started, in 2 weeks we should be getting a baby pig to raise! Possibly 2 one for us to keep and breed with a female when we get her and one for the boys to raise and take to the county fair! I can't believe I am getting pigs, it just doesn't seem like me. I do know we are also getting chickens and turkeys, I am okay with the chickens, I love fresh eggs! LOL So now instead of calling me the crazy soaping momma, I guess I am going to be the crazy soaping/farming momma. :P
I made up 2 batches of soap last night, Fruit loop and hello sugar, I swear those are my 2 all time favorite scents! :)
